Vintage charm and character abound in our handmade bottle stoppers. Each lovingly hand crafted mill is turn on my lathe and will surely impress your guests at the dinner table.
Native to the Caribbean and the northern coast of South America and is an exotic wood. It is moderately hard and resistant to wearing and marring. Strength qualities in compression parallel to grain are exceptionally high. This is considered one of the world’s finest woods for turning. It polishes very well to a smooth, lustrous finish..
This Bottle Stopper is to be seen and to be appreciated. Remember there is only one of these designs making it a unique. No two pieces are the same. Each will have different grain patterns and colors.
The Bottle Stopper is finished with multiple coats of a CA finish, which gives it a durable gloss coat that will resist oils and signs of wear.
